- Cancellation Policy Free Cancellation: Guests can cancel their reservation without any charges up to 3 days before the check-in date. 50% Refund: If a cancellation request is made within 24 hours before check-in, a 50% refund of the total booking amount will be issued. No Refunds: Cancellations made after 24 hours before check-in are non-refundable. No refunds will be issued for cancellations or no-shows after this period.
- Refund Process Refund Method: Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method used for the booking. Processing Time: Once a cancellation and refund request has been approved, the refund will be processed within 7 to 10 working days.
